I provided UX consulting services for the website of a cybersecurity start-up, guiding the implementation of UX best practices. The principal work was an in-depth heuristics evaluation, shown here. I used Nielsen Norman's ten usability heuristics and noted which issues to prioritize based on the client's need to publish urgently. The prioritized issues included those that affected legitimacy and brand trust.
